Karen Kwong
Karen started her career in training and development profession with Cathay Pacific Airways. Karen had worked for Cathay Pacific Airways for 16 years. She had held different positions as In-flight Service Manager and Training and Development Executive during her time there. In 2001-2011, Karen worked in the Agency Training and Development Department of AIA Insurance Company and her last position with the Company was an Assistant Vice President.
Karen’s versatile experiences and skills provide a broadened view to achieving business results. She understands how an adult learns and uses the concept of Multiple Intelligence in her training programs. She was often described as energetic, structured and an excellent facilitator. She has a strong ability to present ideas clearly and in lively manner. She creates a learning environment, which is friendly, relaxed and inspirational. Working with individuals or small groups, she gives very practical recommendations and motivates participants to aim higher and push harder.
She is also a certified trainer by DISC ®, Leading at the Speed of Trust®, Social Styles® and Emergenetics®. Karen holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Diploma in Training Management from the Chinese University, Hong Kong.
